Input!


This update is probably less exciting that the title may suggest. I added a rudimentary input layout screen (in settings button -> settings ->input). It really is bare bones for now, but I wanted something to make sure I am thinking about this. It also made me think about the bits that are broken (touch) or haven't been touched in a while (Gamepad). Otherwise I have been ticking off a few cleanup tasks that are taking longer than anticipated before beginning the next gameplay thing which was an overhaul of how you interact with stuff while wandering the dungeon.
The biggest of those cleanup has been a long lived task to transition helper functions for file io to use stl's filesystem. Should have been straight forward, and has been. There are just... a lot of little spots where things needed (or should sooner rather than later) change. The bulk of the world should be done now and I just have one engine system untouched and fan out to various platforms.
